01 — Better information
Fuel consumption varies with speed, load and operating conditions. Flowtrecs turns flow measurements into data you can use immediately.
See current and total fuel consumption without waiting for the next refuelling.
Fuel flow, fuel economy, fuel remaining in the tank, speed and voltage — depending on the model.
Different sensor versions allow the measurement to be matched to the actual flow rate in your fuel system.
02 — The Flowtrecs range
From a compact gauge to a touchscreen panel and a wireless Android system. Select a model to see its key features.
Flush-mounted gauge
A compact fuel computer for one petrol engine. It supports a maximum of one FS-40 sensor.
03 — How it works
The system measures actual fuel flow, processes the data and displays it on the selected screen. No estimates based on the fuel level gauge alone.
Help me choose a system
The FS-40 operates within the fuel system. Its version is selected to match the actual flow range.
The signal is converted into current and total fuel consumption, together with the system’s other parameters.
The reading on a gauge, touchscreen panel or Android device helps optimise operation.
04 — Applications
The Flowtrecs range supports both lighter and heavier fuels, so its applications extend beyond the water.
Tractors, combine harvesters and other machinery powered by internal combustion engines.
Monitoring operation and fuel consumption in stationary equipment.
Microlights and light aircraft powered by internal combustion engines.
Oil flow monitoring in burners and heating systems.
05 — FAQ
Fuel type, engine power and fuel-system flow rate all matter when selecting a system — especially for diesel engines with fuel return lines.
Yes. Configurations are available for petrol and diesel engines. A fuel return system requires the correct number of sensors, each with the appropriate flow range.
The sensor is selected according to fuel flow, not engine consumption alone. Send us your engine model and fuel-system specifications, and we will help identify the appropriate variant from S to 3XL.
Depending on the model: current and total fuel consumption, fuel economy, fuel remaining in the tank, range, speed, voltage, time, distance, RPM and engine hours.
The device provides precise data. Using these readings, you can better adjust speed, RPM, trim or load to reduce unnecessary fuel consumption.
